We talked about so many different things including the dog we were looking for. I knew that this was the place we needed to get our dog from so we sent to payment. Ozark Pet Jet that they use to ship was wonderful as well. They adjusted the flights to avoid the storm and cold and keep our puppy safe. Donna was quick to keep us updated on the change.

Beethoven our puppy arrived on the expected date at the expected time. Before this, the whole process was very easy, as Donna always replied quickly with updates on our puppy. We are very pleased with how simple this process was, and we are elated to finally have Beethoven home! He didn't have any problems with eating or drinking, we can tell he came from a good family. So our Bon Bon is now 13 months old, and she continues to do great. She is a loving and adorable member of our family. She trained very easily, and now, although she usually sleeps in her crate, she is able to sleep in bed with my husband and me, or the kids, with no trouble. She is still a little timid around other new people, as she doesn't like when people come up to her, she likes to take her time and go to them. She is about twice the size that we expected, which is great, and the vet assures me she is not overweight.

Our family purchased a Cavapoo from Indian Creek Ranch in September 2016. Our "Joy" is now 6 months old and is such a great pup! She has been healthy from the day we picked her up from the airport. She has such a great personality. She's crate trained but she can sleep in our bed or in her crate either way with no complaint. She's also potty trained and can sleep through the night in her crate or bed without accidents. We thank Indian Creek for breeding a healthy dog and taking good care of our girl from birth to 8 weeks. Not only was Joy healthy when she arrived from Indian Creek but she was very well socialized. Joy is being trained by a "pack" trainer with 15 other dogs. Both training sessions have shown that Joy has great instincts and finds her place in the pack and learns from the other dogs easily. After a day with the pack she comes home and easily transitions back into our home life with beautiful manners and listening skills. We are so happy that she has joined our family!
