“A little land - A lot of living"

Welcome!

Stop in for a visit, and browse around!

To be sure, we’ve had our share of ups and downs.  We’ve learned to laugh at our mistakes.  But we’ve also delighted in the opportunity to raise a family, grow a portion of our own food, and create a life based on genuine country values.  Each month still seems to deliver unexpected surprises. And we know, down deep, the continuing joy in opening a jar of tomatoes, green beans, or applesauce on a cold winter evening, thinking contentedly, “we did this ourselves”.  We love country living.  To feel the earth between your toes, to have the presence of wild nature in your lives, to feel the freshness of a new morning and the peace of a quiet, starry night.
